Furnostyles stands behind the quality of every product and service we provide. Our Warranty Policy outlines coverage periods, what is included, and how to make a claim.

2. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery or installation.
- Structural failures under normal use conditions.
- Premature deterioration of materials under normal use and care.
- Workmanship errors by Furnostyles technicians or installation teams.
- Faulty fittings, hinges, mechanisms, and hardware supplied by Furnostyles.
3. What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear over time.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care.
- Damage from accidents, fire, flooding, or other force majeure events.
- Modifications made by the customer or third parties after delivery.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect function.
- Items used in conditions they were not designed for (e.g., indoor furniture used outdoors).
- Consumable parts (e.g., light bulbs, filters, batteries).
- Products for which the warranty period has expired.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact Furnostyles within the warranty period via email at furnostyles@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +254 713 639 205.
- Provide your order/job reference number, a description of the issue, and photos or video evidence.
- Inspection: Our team will assess the claim within 3–5 business days. An in-person inspection may be arranged for large items.
- Resolution: Valid warranty claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund at Furnostyles’ discretion within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Vendor Product Warranties
For products sourced from third-party vendors on the Furnostyles Marketplace, the manufacturer’s or vendor’s warranty terms apply. Furnostyles will assist in facilitating warranty claims with vendors on your behalf. Please retain your purchase receipt as proof of purchase for all warranty claims.
6. Warranty Repairs
Warranty repairs will be carried out by Furnostyles technicians or authorised service agents. We aim to complete warranty repairs within 5–10 business days of a confirmed valid claim, subject to parts availability and your location.
