Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Furnostyles purchase. If you are not happy with a product you received, this policy explains your options and the steps to initiate a return.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
- The item is in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging where applicable.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
- The item falls within a returnable category (see Section 2).
2. Returnable vs. Non-Returnable Items

3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Furnostyles within the eligible return window via email at furnostyles@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +254 713 639 205.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if applicable.
- Await confirmation — our team will assess eligibility and respond within 2 business days.
- Return the item using the agreed method. For large items, Furnostyles will arrange collection from Nairobi at no additional cost. Outside Nairobi, return shipping costs may apply.
- Receive your refund or replacement within the timelines outlined in Section 4.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with photographic evidence. Furnostyles will arrange:
- A free replacement of the damaged item, or
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A repair or partial credit where appropriate.
Damage reported after 48 hours may still be eligible under our Warranty Policy.
6. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days for standard items in original, unused condition. A restocking fee of 10% of the item value applies to change-of-mind returns (not applicable to defective/damaged returns). Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
7. Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, contact us when initiating your return. Subject to stock availability, we can exchange for an alternative product of equal value, or you can pay/receive the difference for a different-priced item.
