Shipping & Delivery Policy
Furnostyles delivers products to all major towns across Kenya and offers international shipping by arrangement. This policy outlines delivery areas, timelines, costs, and what to expect after you place an order.
1. Delivery Areas
Nairobi & Metropolitan Area
We deliver to all locations within Nairobi and surrounding towns including Kiambu, Thika, Ruiru, Kikuyu, Limuru, Ngong, Rongai, Athi River, Kitengela, Machakos, and Mavoko. Standard delivery timelines of 1–3 business days apply.
Upcountry Kenya
We deliver to all major towns across Kenya including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri, Meru, Embu, Garissa, Kakamega, Kericho, and all other county towns. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
Remote & Rural Areas
Delivery to remote areas is available by arrangement. Contact us at +254 713 639 205 to get a delivery quote for your location. Estimated timeline: 5–10 business days.
International Delivery
We ship internationally by arrangement for bulk orders and export clients. Contact us for a customised quote. International shipping timelines typically range from 10–30 business days depending on destination and chosen freight method.

3. Delivery Costs

Exact delivery costs are confirmed at checkout or communicated by our team before order confirmation for large or upcountry orders.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm, and Saturday 9am–4pm.
- Orders placed after 4pm on Friday or over the weekend are processed the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email or SMS upon successful payment.
- For custom/bespoke furniture, additional lead time of 2–6 weeks applies depending on the complexity of the order. You will be informed of the timeline at order confirmation.
5. Delivery & Installation
For large furniture items, our delivery team will bring items to the agreed delivery point. Installation and assembly services are available at an additional charge and must be requested at the time of ordering. Our installation team operates within Nairobi and major towns. Contact us to schedule installation for upcountry orders.
6. Failed Deliveries & Re-deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the buyer’s absence or inaccessible location:
- Our team will notify you and attempt a re-delivery on the next business day.
- A re-delivery fee may apply for the second and subsequent attempts.
- Items held at our warehouse after 7 days from failed delivery will incur storage charges.
7. Damaged in Transit
If an item is damaged during transit, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately, or report within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. See our Return Policy for further details.
